Position outline

Responsible for operational and technical management for named ACS accounts. Position can facilitate, monitor, and integrate the ACS USA service giving, each internally and outwardly, to optimize service delivery, client value/satisfaction, and to drive continuous improvement.

Position Duties and Responsibilities

Own ANd manage the general execution of account at an Operations management level, ending specific necessities as documented within the client SOP and destination account management document.

Maintain sturdy contact/relationships with international customers and ACS regions supporting those customers.

Develop and maintain thorough data of customer’s business and associated offer chain necessities
Drive operational excellence, improvement and operational SOP execution / compliance / quality
Create internal performance score-carding

Conduct root cause analysis
Develop and guarantee necessary metrics/KPI’s square measure maintained and sustained for all operational aspects of the business
Implement solutions to deal with and proper known problems pro-actively.
Provide root cause analysis, drive continuous enhancements and execution of solutions.
Minimize customer-perceived service failures through planned performance observation and operational steerage

Monitor service levels to make sure that performance statistics meet client and ACS written agreement necessities
Ensure compliance to operational, regulative and body policies and procedures

Execute customer’s strategic initiatives to drive continuous method improvement and build future price

Analyze each new and existing businesses to get extra revenue opportunities.
Implementation Project Management
Escalation Line EDI troubleshooting and issue resolution
Participate in ACS international and regional tower management discussions to share best practices
Account activities supported by GTN platform for progress management.
Business Intelligence- Creation and Analysis of client reports
Prepare and facilitate QBR’s

Ensure the transfer of best practices throughout the realm of responsibility
Ensure resource management / instrumentality coming up with processes square measure properly outlined, deployed and measured.


BA/BS Degree in provision / offer Chain / International business / Project Management; or equivalent in expertise (minimum five years)
Analytical thinker with sturdy quantitative, and advanced stand out skills

Advanced Microsoft workplace Suite
